| Youth Leadership Council Available in Polk County High Schools. Youth Leadership Summit: The Youth Leadership Summit will meet once a year and it will comprise of young people from the Youth Leadership Council. The meeting will be held once a year at a designated site in Polk County for the statewide Summit. A designated number of high school students will be sent to this Summit to discuss what they can do in their communities to be a part of this Meth Destroys:The High Is A Lie Campaign. It is the goal of this Summit to have young people speak about their own personal experiences with methamphetamine and how it has affected their lives. Young people respond in positive ways when their peers have been impacted in a life-changing experience.
